Gabby Yibirin, development specialist for the American Heart Association, sent us an instagram screen shot from the organization’s Memphis office.

She wanted us to come up with a solution for the AHA Heart Ball event in Jacksonville, FL

The box was to be used to showcase donated balls brought to the event by attendees. Here’s the text she gave us:

Bring a Ball to the Ball

All balls collected at the Heart Ball were donated to one lucky PLAY 60
school in Jacksonville. The NFL PLAY 60 mission is to empower the next
generation of youth to be the most physically active and healthy. The
Jacksonville Jaguars are proud to partner with the American Heart
Association and are committed to continue the PLAY 60 movement for
an active and healthier generation for years to come.

Due to the large size of the box 40"w x48"d x 36"h, we had to come up with a solution that would allow it to be transported from our shop, to their local office, and then to the event.

We created graphics on panels that could be taken on and off, utilizing velcro. Sides of box and backs of panels were numbered, so that it could be transported flat and then assembled in under a minute.

“I just wanted to say thank you again for helping us with the box, you took our vision and put it together. We received so many compliments. ”
